Florida's Culinary Gem Beloved Mexican Restaurant Opens Doors to Another Location

People in Florida looking for genuine Mexican cuisine have several good options, such as Taquiza in Miami Beach, La Campana in Orlando, and Don Julio’s in Tampa.

Soon, there will be another choice for Floridians as a new restaurant offering “Mexican soul food” is set to open, contributing to Florida’s growing food scene.

About El Camino: The food is referred to on the corporate website as “Mexican soul food,” and it is inspired by “the culture and the heritage of Mexico.” When feasible, they purchase their ingredients locally. Additionally, they create “anything else possible” from scratch, including their own tortillas and sauces.

Reviewers on Google have rated El Camino in Fort Lauderdale with 4.5 out of 5 stars. Many praise both the delicious food and the lively atmosphere.

Mike, one of the reviewers, wrote:

We walked in and scored a table for 12 on a Thursday night in 15 minutes. They kept our drinks and stomachs full, and the food was amazing. (The) nachos and chorizo quesadilla were both phenomenal, and the leftovers fed me a second meal.

El Camino is expanding in Florida with a new store in Boca Raton. While El Camino usually serves Mexican favorites like fajitas, burritos, tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, and nachos, the new location will have special items like Red Snapper Ceviche Veracruz with Manzano chilies and a Cochinita Pibil Taco with habanero salsa.

El Camino already has locations in Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach in Florida. The new store on Town Center Road is set to open on December 15th.

The expansion is expected to bring 250 new jobs to both the front and back of the restaurant, as reported by WPTV.
