During a road rage incident, an Ohio assistant prosecutor is accused of biting off a portion of a man’s finger. Following the event last month, the Dayton Daily News reported that Christopher Murray, the assistant prosecutor for Greene County, was fired.

Police in Montgomery County, Ohio were called to a fight on Woodman Drive at the U.S. 35 flyover just after midnight on June 30, according to the newspaper.

According to reports, when police got there, they discovered a man with blood on his face and a piece of his finger missing.

Murray feared he got too near to him at a traffic light, the injured guy told police, according to the Dayton Daily News.

Police were informed by the man that he “laid on his horn” because Murray did not stop for the green light. Murray bit off a portion of the other man’s finger in a brawl after getting out of his car, according to the journal.
