As no ticket in the Friday night drawing matched the winning numbers, the Mega Millions jackpot increased to an estimated $681 million. On Friday, 10, 17, 20, 24, and 54 were the winning numbers, and the Mega ball that came up was 8. 4 times was the Megaplier.

On Friday night, there was a lucky winner who won $1 million in Florida and $4 million in Wisconsin, respectively, after matching all five white balls and having the optional Megaplier. However, no one took home the projected $627 million prize.

Players will try their luck at winning the projected $681 million grand prize, which comes with a $336.1 million cash option, in Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing.

If it were to be won on Tuesday, it would rank as the seventh-largest prize.

Instead of receiving the Mega Millions annuity, which is paid out as one lump sum plus 29 yearly installments, winners usually choose to choose the cash prize.

The game indicates that the chances of winning the ultimate prize are 1 in 302,575,350.

The last time the Mega Millions jackpot was won was on June 4, when a player from Illinois won $552 million, the tenth-largest jackpot in the history of the game, after matching all six digits.

The purchase of tickets must be completed before 9:45 p.m. on the evening of the Tuesday and Friday draws.
