Report Jay-Z is accused in a civil lawsuit of raping a 13-year-old girl with Sean 'Diddy' Combs

WPBN: Rapper and businessman Jay-Z, whose actual name is Shawn Carter, was named in a lawsuit that was re-filed on Sunday to include Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was sued in October for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000, according to NBC News.

According to the accuser, who went by the name “Jane Doe,” the assault took place at an after-party for the MTV Music Awards.

A buddy dropped the claimed victim off outside Radio City Music Hall, the scene of the VMAs. She apparently tried to enter the event or get into an after-party by approaching many limousine drivers without a ticket.

One of the drivers claimed to be Combs’s employee and informed the 13-year-old that she “fit” Combs’ requirements. After driving her to a “white house with a U-shaped driveway” for twenty minutes, he had the teenager get back into his car at the end of the night.

Before entering a party with celebrities and other people who were allegedly using cocaine and smoking marijuana, the youngster allegedly signed what she believed to be a nondisclosure agreement but was not given a copy of, according to the lawsuit.

After that, according to NBC, Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee, who filed the lawsuit in the Southern District of New York and has other lawsuits against Combs, claims Jane Doe was offered a drink that left her feeling “woozy, lightheaded, and felt [like] she needed to lie down.”

After she eventually located a room to sleep in, Combs allegedly said, “You are ready to party!” as the rappers and an unnamed female celebrity entered.

Then, while Combs and the woman watched, Carter allegedly undressed the girl, held her down, and sexually assaulted her. She also alleges that Combs sexually assaulted her while Carter and the woman watched.

“According to the lawsuit, she was able to stop Combs from performing oral sex by striking him in the neck, and he’stopped,'” according to NBC News.

After grabbing her clothing and leaving the party, Doe, who is suing for undisclosed damages, claims she headed to a petrol station and called her father.

Carter received a letter from the accuser’s lawyer before the case was re-filed, asking for mediation to “resolve this matter.” The famous rapper responded by suing her lawyers.

However, Jay-Z recognized the lawsuit in a harsh statement posted on Roc Nation’s Instagram, his label. He claimed to have received a “demand letter” from Buzbee and described it as a “blackmail attempt.”

Federal authorities charged Combs in September with racketeering and sex trafficking, and he is presently being jailed without bail at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

The date of that trial is set for May 5.
