These monthly payments end in November, regardless of whether you refer to them as SNAP, Food Stamps, or even CalFresh in California. In order to plan your grocery shopping starting on the day you receive your benefits from the US Department of Agriculture, it is therefore necessary to create the December budget.

Payments for SNAP benefits may be made to all eligible participants on a single paycheck, depending on the state in which you currently reside, or they may take up to 28 days if you presently reside in Texas or Florida.
