Over the weekend, there were multiple incidents of gun violence that resulted in at least six fatalities and numerous injuries.
In Texarkana, Texas, a party at around 9 p.m. on Saturday turned deadly, with three individuals losing their lives and three others sustaining injuries. The victims’ ages ranged from 19 to 31.
Authorities are currently seeking 20-year-old Breoskii Warren, who has been identified as the suspected shooter.
In Indianapolis, a woman was fatally shot and eight others were injured at a large gathering around midnight on Sunday.
The victim was discovered deceased at the scene, and all of the injured individuals were between the ages of 16 and 22. Several people have been taken into custody for questioning in relation to this incident.
In Tampa, Florida, a shooting occurred during Halloween celebrations, resulting in two fatalities and 18 injuries.
The deceased victims were 14 and 22 years old. 22-year-old Tyrell Phillips has been apprehended and is facing charges in connection with this incident.
In Chicago, a total of 15 people, ranging in age from 26 to 53, were shot. Two of them are in critical condition. One suspect has been apprehended.
All four incidents are currently under investigation.
