The Orlando police have successfully captured the person responsible for a deadly hit-and-run on Colonial Drive in March 2022, just hours before another tragic accident in the city.
Armani English, 21, was arrested on Tuesday and is now facing charges related to the incident that took the life of 47-year-old pedestrian Ryan Bagwell. English has been placed in the Orange County jail as authorities continue their investigation into the events of that fateful day.
