Following accusations of raping a lady at gunpoint in his Ohio home, a tattoo artist was placed under arrest.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reports that Mario Rodriguez Ibarra, 22, was taken into custody on Friday. According to records acquired by a local news outlet, the purported victim told police that she had chatted with Ibarra on Facebook before to making plans for her to visit his home for a tattoo.
The papers purportedly stated that Ibarra and a male acquaintance picked up the woman, who has not been publicly recognized, from her residence and drove to Ibarra’s residence.
Ibarra allegedly took out a gun on her when she was in his bedroom and forced her to take off her clothes before raping her, according to the complaint.
According to the woman’s account to the police, Ibarra went to sleep, at which point she dressed and left the residence. Then she requested assistance from her male acquaintance.
According to reports, the acquaintance contacted the police and waited with the woman until they came.
Additionally, the acquaintance reported to the police that Ibarra went outside and acknowledged using a gun to coerce the woman into having sex with him while he was waiting for the police to arrive.

According to court documents, he is facing charges of both kidnapping and rape. His initial hearing is set for this Friday. Records from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office indicate that Ibarra is being held without bond.
