In a number of states, SNAP benefits will be distributed on November 1. While some states may continue to provide Food Stamps for days or weeks, others will only do so on the first.

After the 2025 COLA, if you are eight years old, the largest SNAP check in the 48 contiguous states will be up to $1,756. A family of four can receive up to $975, while a home with just one person can receive up to $292.

The two states with the highest SNAP checks

Early in November, Alaska and Hawaii will distribute the biggest SNAP benefits in the country. All recipients will receive their money on the same day because Alaska will only have one payment date.

Payday for all Alaskan SNAP beneficiaries is November 1. Beneficiaries may be entitled for a higher or lower maximum amount, depending on where they reside.

The maximum Food Stamp payments will be higher in rural areas and lower in urban ones. In fact, if a person lives in an area classified as Rural 2, they can get up to $586. A maximum payment of $3,516 is available to a family of eight.
