The City of Tallahassee is going to conduct a career fair for teenagers and young adults, which will provide guests the chance to develop their resumes, apply for jobs, and participate in other career-related activities.
The free event, which is geared at helping adolescents and young people between the ages of 14 and 25, will include simulated job interviews, help with the creation of resumes, career possibilities, and admissions counselors.
According to the city, attendees at the event will include representatives from a variety of local universities, trade schools, technical colleges, and prospective local businesses.
The job fair will be held at the Jack McLean Community Center on Saturday, April 29, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The center is situated at 700 Paul Russell Road.
Although preregistration is strongly encouraged, walk-ins will still be accepted.
