MIAMI SHORES, FLA. – The police are searching for the individuals they believe are responsible for breaking into a home in Miami Shores and stealing two automobiles before fleeing the scene of the crime.

According to the Miami Shores Police Department, the suspects allegedly targeted a residence on Northeast 93rd Street, which is located close to 12th Avenue. The incident took place on Wednesday morning.

The garage of the property was recorded by cameras belonging to 7News as law enforcement authorities looked there for evidence to support their case.

The police said that a short time later, one of the stolen autos was discovered abandoned close to Fort Lauderdale.

A perimeter was set up by police in Miami Shores, and a guy who is suspected of carrying out an armed robbery there was held by the police. Several days later, the building was broken into.
