Florida Woman Attacked in Terrifying Road Rage Incident!

TAMPA, Fla. — Troopers say they have caught a woman for what they say she did in a road rage attack in Tampa.

The Florida Highway Patrol shared a video on April 12 of two people beating a Brandon woman in her car at the intersection of US-301 and Martin Luther King Boulevard.

The FHP says that Shaniah Faith Cofield and Peter Alen McClarin of Plant City were seen on a video taken by a bystander hitting the car’s windows and telling the driver to get out.

“You’re going to jail, stop!” said the woman who was taking a video of what was going on.

Troopers said that the suspects shot at the woman before the events in the video. This happened after a small accident.

Sergeant Steve Gaskins of the Florida Highway Patrol told 8 On Your Side that the woman ran away after being shot at, but the suspects caught up to her when she got stuck in traffic.

“A situation like this is very scary and scary for the people involved. Gaskins said, “The best advice we can give you is to try to stay calm, call the police or 911, and try to get away from the situation.”

Troopers said that Cofield was taken into custody on Monday night, but McClarin is still on the loose. Call **TIPS or *FHP if you know where he is.
