A person named Kevin McGrath, 26, went missing from a Carnival cruise ship. He was with his family on the Carnival Conquest and was last seen in his cabin by his brother early on Monday.

The ship had returned to Port Miami that day. According to Carnival Cruise Line, McGrath was supposed to have breakfast with his family before leaving the ship, but he never showed up.

Despite a thorough search by Carnival crew members, they couldn’t find him on board.

The U.S. Coast Guard and Miami-Dade Police Department were called in to search the ship and the surrounding water, but they couldn’t locate him either.

Even after passengers disembarked, neither the surveillance systems nor the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol were able to find McGrath.

Miami-Dade authorities reviewed security footage, but there was no indication that he had gone overboard, as stated by Detective Angel Rodriguez.

Kevin McGrath is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, and gray sneakers. His current whereabouts remain unknown.
