According to reports, the mother of three from Napa and her lawyer were shot and killed by her new partner.
Ralph Andino III, 54, and Georgina Padilla, 38, were named as the victims by Napa police. Andino is an attorney, according to what a neighbor. Padilla was one of his clients; she had three small daughters.
The suspect, 28-year-old Baltazar Rangel Juarez, is said to have shown up at his girlfriend’s apartment at the Napa Park Homes complex on Lincoln Avenue near Soscol Avenue at approximately 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, according to the police.
A few hours later, Napa police saw the guy driving his Chrysler 300. They pursued him and crashed his vehicle into Kennedy Park.
According to authorities, the suspect shot himself during the ensuing confrontation. He was receiving medical care at a hospital.
The neighbor reported that she overheard a quarrel break out and that the woman was calling the suspect by name. Subsequently, she claims she heard four loud noises, hid, and dialed 911.

This is Napa’s second double homicide of the year.
April saw the shooting deaths of two young ladies close to the Napa River beach. Special-circumstance murder is the charge against a man and a woman.

Following this most recent tragedy, Napa Mayor Scott Sedgley released a statement saying, “Our thoughts and prayers go out to innocent family members impacted and the well-being of our police officers.”
