According to reports, a Texas guy made an adolescent girl who escaped from a group home have sex with twenty individuals, including his brother, who goes by the moniker “Big Face Tulu.”
Tyrone Berry, 58, faces charges related to child sexual assault and human trafficking. A probable cause affidavit states that in June 2019, Harris County sheriff’s deputies were summoned to a Walmart located at 13003 SH 249 in Houston due to a juvenile runaway.
Later, the girl informed officers that she fled the group home and made her way to the $39.99-per-night North Villa Inn, where Berry allegedly made her “work” for food. As per the allegation, she added that Berry was employed at the hotel.
Berry, according to the child, would “tell her what to do” and set up “dates” with guys. Then, in exchange for money, she would have intercourse with the guys; however, the affidavit states that she never saw the money. The girl answered that Berry would feed her instead.
Berry also showed her his house and the recording studio owned by his brother, Otis Berry. It is said that she was coerced into having sex with 20 other men and Otis Berry, or “Big Face Tulu.” According to the affidavit, Tyrone Berry also provided the girl with narcotics.
When Tyrone Berry went to the hotel to gather evidence, he acknowledged talking to the girl. Per the lawsuit, the girl recognized him in a picture lineup as well.
He was taken into custody by deputies in November 2019, but the case was dismissed by the prosecutors in March 2022 because they were not confident they could establish their case beyond a reasonable doubt.
However, last Monday, the prosecution withdrew the accusations, and the police detained him.
In November 2019, police also acquired an arrest warrant for Otis Berry, 54, on charges of forced prostitution, human trafficking, and sexual abuse of a child. Before turning himself in to the authorities in January 2020, he was on the run for two months, according to a news outlet.

“I’m really anxious to get my name cleared, and my story heard,” he stated.
In February, he was charged with human trafficking in the same case by a grand jury. After then, he bonded out of custody. The trial is set for the following month.
Tyrone Berry’s $50,000 bond keeps him incarcerated in the Harris County Jail. The Texas sex offender website states that he was found guilty in 1994 and 2006 of abusing a minor sexually.
