JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A 25-year-old man has been accused of committing a murder that occurred on Pine View Circle in February.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, evidence led police to suspect Harold Samuel of murder after he had already been arrested for having a gun when he was a convicted criminal.
Police said that at the time of the crime, they found a man who had been shot multiple times at the scene. Despite efforts to save his life, he was pronounced dead.
Witnesses in the area told police they heard gunshots and then saw a black sedan leave the area quickly.
The JSO’s Gang Investigation Unit was there after the shooting happened.
