The November SNAP payment schedule has been verified by USDA. The maximum amounts will not change until September 30, 2025, as the 2025 COLA rise went into effect on October 1, 2024.
The majority of Americans have received their money on their SNAP EBT cards, however some states are still paying out Food Stamps in October. Florida and Texas, for instance, will continue to make payments until October 28.
November SNAP payment schedule following the COLA increase
On November 1, 2024, some states, including North Dakota, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Alaska, will send out all of their SNAP benefits. Therefore, there will only be one paycheck.
Not all states start on November 1. South Dakota, for example, will not start until November 10 and that day will be the sole one for payments.
