Federal prosecutors announced on Thursday that a Texas man has been accused with allegedly threatening an FBI special agent who was working on a case involving the release of personal information from Hunter Biden’s laptop.
Shortly after a federal jury in Delaware declared Hunter Biden guilty on Tuesday, Timothy Muller allegedly called the FBI agent. In a federal gun trial, the son of President Joe Biden was found guilty of three felonies.
According to prosecutors in a press release, the agent, who is stationed in Baltimore, hung up. Muller then called back and left a message that went on for more than a minute, threatening the agent and his family.
Muller allegedly told the agent, “You can run, but you can’t (expletive) hide.”
According to reports, Muller went on, “and then we’re gonna (expletive) go through the FBI and just start throwing you (expletive)s into jail.”

Muller texted the agent multiple times after leaving a message on the voicemail, asking how the family was doing. secure? and “Did you really think you were going to deprive 75 million Americans of their rights without losing your life?

The identity of the special agent remained confidential.
Muller, 43, of Fort Worth, Texas, is accused of influencing, obstructing, or retaliating against a federal officer and sending threats across state lines. If found guilty, he may spend up to ten years behind bars.
The lengthy laptop controversy started in October 2020 when the New York Post published an article describing some of the emails it said were discovered on the device that discussed Hunter Biden’s international business transactions.
Trump quickly used it as a campaign platform that year to further his candidacy for president.
According to the owner of a computer repair business in Wilmington, Delaware, Hunter Biden left a laptop at his establishment in April 2019 but never came back to retrieve it.
In his 2022 book, the owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, said that he had looked at sensitive and confidential files from Biden’s laptop, including one called “income.pdf.” Subsequently, he made contact with Republicans to examine and distribute the content.
