A video from earlier this month shows a group of teenagers riding bicycles around downtown Los Angeles before viciously bashing and smashing a man’s car.

Shailoobek Bazarbai Uulu, the victim, was driving around the neighborhood around Olympic Boulevard and Hope Street on August 2 when the attack occurred. He claimed to have seen numerous teenagers riding bicycles while his route to the Toyota store in the downtown area.

As he drove by the teenagers, Bazarbai Uulu claimed that one of them tossed a bottle of liquid, which struck the passenger side of his car. Then he turned into the junction, parked, and got out of the car.

“Now, I realize that was a big mistake,” he stated.

Bazarbai Uulu claimed that before one of the masked suspects approached him, the teenagers began to encircle him. He began to flee at that point, and a few teenagers pursued him.

“When I looked back, I saw how a few of them were jumping on my car,” Bazarbai Uulu stated. “They were literally like destroying my car.”

While some people were destroying the car, others were grabbing the contents of Bazarbai Uulu’s vehicle. He claimed that because he intended to move, he stored everything in his car. His passport, among other things, was taken by the teenagers.

Bazarbai Uulu hurried back to his car and attempted to close the doors after seeing the devastation. He said that until the suspects unexpectedly attacked him from behind, he didn’t hit any of them.

He was struck down by the strikes. Bazarbai Uulu claimed that throughout the severe assault, he was aware only momentarily.

“They surrounded me again and they started punching me, kicking me,” he stated.

Bazarbai Uulu claimed he was taken away from the mob by a young woman, based on his recollections.

“She literally saved my life,” he stated.

Bazarbai Uulu thinks the mob would have killed him with beatings if the woman hadn’t intervened. The teenagers damaged his automobile to the tune of roughly $20,000 and shattered his leg. Bazarbai Uulu is still covering the entire loss in terms of medical expenses.

“Right now, I don’t know how much it’s going to cost,” he stated.
