TAMPA, Fla. — According to Niche, a Tampa suburb has been recognized as the best place to live in the state of Florida. Niche recently released its list of 2023’s Best Suburbs to Live in Florida, and several Tampa suburbs secured spots in the top 10 rankings.
Out of all the suburbs, Westchase emerged as the number one choice in the Sunshine State. With a population of 24,185 residents, Westchase received an outstanding A+ grade for its excellent public schools, vibrant nightlife, diverse community, strong healthcare facilities, and ample employment opportunities.
Niche provided some key statistics for Westchase, including a median home value of $380,100 and a median rent of $1,698. The median household income in the neighborhood was reported to be $103,521.
Residents who shared their experiences and opinions on Niche described Westchase as a beautiful “one-stop shop.” One resident expressed their contentment, stating, “Beautiful community to live in. I’m a native Tampan, and this is my second time living here, and hopefully the last time I will ever move.”
Apart from Westchase, two other Tampa suburbs, namely Keystone and Pebble Creek, also secured places in the top 10 list of Florida’s best suburbs to live in.
