According to a plan review submitted by JG Steak, Ltd, a new restaurant called Pink Steak may be opening soon on South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach. The owner and executive chef behind this concept is Julien Gremaud, who is already known in the area for his restaurant Avocado Grill located nearby.
Avocado Grill offers a menu of small plates and dishes such as Grilled Avocado, Broiled Oyster Scampi, and Polynesian Baby Back Ribs. However, when asked about Pink Steak, Gremaud declined to provide any information on the project.
The new location on South Dixie Highway is located in close proximity to other popular eateries in the area, including Leila, FIWE Caribbean Restaurant & Wine Bar, and Ganache Bakery.
