WPBN: If Floridians are in the mood for a delicious burger, they have many options. Not all of the possibilities, meanwhile, come from restaurants that boast “iconic” burgers.
Two new restaurants in Florida have been announced, and White Castle is still another.
White Castle is a well-established chain that was founded in 1921. The company is still family-run and continues to serve the same “iconic” burger with pickles, onions, and beef. White Castle’s Original Slider® is the most influential burger ever, according to Time® Magazine.
The franchise’s nostalgia is a big hit with certain Floridians. One reviewer, Robert, for instance, said the following about a place in Orlando:
“Always a classic stop. Reminds me of great times from childhood. Always made fresh in front of you. Today I got a double cheeseburger combo and it was perfect. The soft buns and perfectly cooked burger with the onions (is good) every time. The staff is always friendly and helpful.”
New Upcoming Locations in Florida: As of right now, White Castle only has two locations, both of which are in Orlando. Click Orlando claims that stores in Clermont and Kissimmee, Florida, have now been verified.
Permits for a 5,000-square-foot quick-service restaurant in the I-Drive region, located off the northeastern corner of Universal Boulevard and McKenna Drive, have apparently been submitted by White Castle.
