Orlando Police Investigate Drug Bust, More Arrests Possible

The Tallahassee Police Department made an announcement on Tuesday afternoon regarding the arrest of a man in connection to an armed kidnapping.

The man, identified as 20-year-old Stone Robinson-Fisher, was taken into custody on charges of armed kidnapping with intent to terrorize, aggravated assault with a firearm, and battery.

The incident occurred just before 7:30 a.m. when the police responded to a report of an armed kidnapping in the 900 block of Edgehill Circle.

In response to the situation, the police mobilized various resources to ensure the safe return of the victim.

After investigating the matter, the police identified Robinson-Fisher as the main suspect in the case.

According to the police report, Robinson-Fisher drove into Gadsden County with the victim, who was an adult female. However, she managed to escape when he stopped at a local store.

The victim promptly contacted the authorities, leading to Robinson-Fisher’s abandonment of the vehicle due to it becoming disabled. He then fled into the nearby woods.

At 10:30 a.m., Robinson-Fisher was apprehended with the help of the Quincy Police Department, the Gadsden County Sheriff’s Office, and the Tallahassee Police Department’s violent crimes response team and career criminal unit.

During his arrest, Robinson-Fisher was found in possession of a stolen firearm.

Initial investigations revealed that the suspect and the victim knew each other, indicating that the incident was not a random act of violence.
