Tampa Bar Shooting 5 Injured at Tally Ho Bar, Investigation Underway

TAMPA, Fla. — Five individuals sustained injuries in a shooting incident that took place at a local bar on Sunday morning, as reported by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies responded to the shooting at the Tally Ho bar on 56th Street around 3 a.m.

Upon arriving at the scene, deputies discovered a large group of people gathered for a party organized by the establishment.

The release stated that while there were no victims present at the location, five individuals were later transported to different hospitals due to non-life-threatening wounds.

All of these victims were connected to the party at the bar, according to the sheriff’s office.

Detectives are currently in the process of gathering evidence to investigate the shooting and are exploring the possibility of multiple shooters being involved.

Sheriff Chad Chronister expressed his dismay at the situation, stating, “It is disheartening to hear that the lives of so many people were jeopardized because a few people think the way to solve their problems is with violence.

GRIT, which was organized to battle gun violence in our community, will do what they do best. They will find the shooters responsible, and they will be charged for their crimes.”

If anyone possesses any information related to the incident, they are urged to contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at 813-247-8200 or Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay at 1-800-873-TIPS.
