He was also found guilty of having 500 grams or more of a mix or substance with a detectable amount of methamphetamine and 400 grams or more of fentanyl with the plan to sell it.

Victor Yoel Perez Cremades, who is 52 and lives in Tampa, Florida, could go to federal jail for at least 10 years and up to the rest of his life. On August 8, 2023, he will be told what his punishment will be.

On June 22, 2022, Cremades was charged with a crime.

At Cremades’s trial, witnesses and documents showed that the FBI served a search warrant at his Tampa home at 4813 N. MacDill Avenue on September 8, 2021.

Agents found a bag with more than 800 grams of pills pressed to look like oxycodone tablets and more than 3,000 grams of methamphetamine in Cremades’s bedroom. Cremades’s passport, ID card, and Social Security card were in the same room as the bag.

On the same day, officials took a suspicious package out of the mail that was sent to a made-up address at 4813 N. MacDill Avenue.

More than 1,300 grams of methamphetamine and more than 1,200 fentanyl pills that looked like oxycodone tablets were in the package.

During the search, agents found money records that showed Cremades had sent money to the same city from which the suspicious package was sent.
