The City of West Palm Beach has passed a significant ordinance that will use an additional $39,745 from parking meter revenues to fund various programs aimed at assisting the homeless.
The ordinance received unanimous approval from the West Palm Beach City Commission on May 30.
Officials stated that this decision demonstrates the city’s dedication to addressing the urgent issue of homelessness and providing assistance to those who require it.
