WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A man has been arrested and taken into custody after allegedly engaging in inappropriate behavior outside the restroom door of a Dunkin’ located on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.
According to the official report, Bruce Stone, a 34-year-old individual, was apprehended following an incident where a 13-year-old boy informed his mother that he had observed Stone exposing himself as the boy exited the restroom within the establishment. The concerned mother promptly contacted the police.
Upon the arrival of officers from the West Palm Beach Police Department, the store’s manager provided them with surveillance footage.
The footage revealed that Stone had entered the restaurant, requested change, placed an order, and subsequently followed the boy into the restroom, where he proceeded to expose himself and engage in inappropriate touching while the boy was present.
During the subsequent questioning, Stone confessed to exposing himself to the child. As a result, he was charged with one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition and was subsequently transported to the Palm Beach County Jail.
