The Broward Sheriff’s Office is looking into a shooting that happened early Sunday morning outside a laundry mat in Pembroke Park. The shooting killed one man.
Around 2:50 a.m., a shooting happened outside Swifty Coin Laundry in Pembroke Park, in the 4800 block of Hallandale Beach Boulevard.
Deputies from the Broward Sheriff’s Office West Park District, Pembroke Park Police officers, and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue all went to the scene and found an adult man who had been shot.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, but he died there from his injuries. His name hasn’t been made public yet.
The killing is still being looked into.
