LAUDERDALE LAKES, FLA. – After a woman in Lauderdale Lakes fell into a canal, rescue workers went to help her.
Sunday morning, Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue teams went to the area of Northwest 36th Street and 45th Avenue where the crash happened.
Investigators said that the woman crashed through a gate in the area and went into the canal.
Cameras caught the car of the victim completely underwater.
Divers were able to get the driver out of the water.
The cause of the crash is still being looked into.
