The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said that a man was found dead in a car near West Palm Beach on Saturday morning. It looked like he had been shot.
A news release from the sheriff’s office said that deputies were sent to the 1500 block of Drexel Road just after 11 a.m. The area is south of Okeechobee Boulevard and east of Florida’s Turnpike.
Detectives from the Violent Crimes Unit were looking into the death as a possible murder.
Barbera said that the motive and information about the suspects were not known right away.
